Greenline Group has recently gone through the exhaustive process of implementing an IMS (Integrated Management System). This includes ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Assurance, ISO 14001:2004 for Environmental Management and AS 4801:2001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management. These are internationally recognised standards, and mean that Greenline is certified as compliant with these stringent regulations.
It means that every detail of the process from initial concept development, through contracts, construction, finance and completion, is documented as a formal procedure. It ensures environmentally sustainable behavior in every area, not just protecting native flora and fauna while onsite, but also minimising waste generated in the office, maximising recycling and reuse, selecting sustainable products for use in our projects etc. It means that safety is not compromised at any point, and we have full chains of responsibility for all processes and for all staff. It means that our standard of quality is consistent and is constantly improving. It doesn’t mean we don’t make mistakes, it means we don’t repeat our mistakes! It means we fix our mistakes, learn from them and improve as a result.
Peace of mind. The reassurance that the company you have selected to deliver your project or products is committed to protecting you, your staff, your clients, the environment, and their own team. You can move forward with the confidence that the finished project or delivered product will be of a consistently high level of quality, and that we will stand by our promises. You can be satisfied that we are reliable, thorough, consistent, and are always seeking more ways to improve.
It includes everything about Greenline. It includes the look of this website, the way we answer the phone, the concept development of your project, the research and development of our products, the engineering of your structure, the materials we use, the way we dig our footings, the way we ensure client satisfaction. It means we have more internal paperwork, exhaustive checks and test points, extensive recording and analysis, and ultimately a better reputation. It’s definitely hard work, but we’re proving it is well worth it.
